ILLINOIS -- Now in its 22nd month of operation, Drug Court is active in 10 of the 12 counties of the 2nd Judicial Circuit; and the number of addicted adult offenders in our communities who are taking this opportunity to beat their addictions and become productive citizens is already at 50 and growing.
